| Cookie Butter (Trader Joe's) |
If you have a Trader Joe's in the neighborhood and haven't tried their cookie butter, put it on your bucket list! I was there for my monthly wine stock up, and it was featured as a bestseller of 2011... I had to try it! It's basically peanut butter that tastes like gingerbread cookies (translation = amazing). The label says you can spread it on pancakes, cookies, celery, toast, etc... but those that know me understand my kitchen is where I uncork wine and read mail. I was literally eating it by the spoonful... and now I have one more thing to pick up on my wine runs :)

I hear so many good things about Trader Joes, that I so wish they had a store in the U.K, ah I just guess I will have to pay a visit to the USA someday soon and come back with a suitcase full of yummy goods.
I'll bet Rexxy likes it too....
There's a product in my regular grocery store that's similar...it's called Biscoffs or Biscotts (it's a little hard to tell because it's a cursive font. Anyway...it's made from ground up biscotti cookies and it's AH-mazing! I bet a gingerbread flavored one would be gone from my house in mere seconds!
That sounds amazing. The closest Trader Joe's is a half hour drive from me, but I can make it worth the trip if I buy a case of wine AND a case of cookie butter.

Um...WOW. That looks amazing. I can't believe Denver doesn't have a TJ. I used to get all my wine there back in Portland.:-)
