Incomplete

Sweater (Old Navy); Dress (Taylor find at Marshalls); Tights (Target);
Shoes (Naturalizer Outlet); Sunglasses (Charming Charlie);

The decision to wear flats vs. heels is certainly a complicated one.  In my heart it's a no brainer - the decision is heels 100% of the time.  But sometimes my feet hurt and the thought of balancing around on 4 inches all day makes me more tired than that 2 hour conference call on my calendar.  Don't get me wrong - there are so many cute flats out there, but whenever I wear them, I feel a bit incomplete. Forget a man! It's my heels that complete me...

You look great! Your feet with thank you for taking a break on heels...I've heard so many horror stories about the damage heels can cause to your feet..doesn't mean I'm giving mine up but at least taking a break every now and then. :-) And Naturalizer is a great brand- they are so comfy and supportive. Cute outfit!

I feel the exact same way! In fact one of my new favorite quotes is from Victoria Beckham: "I can't concentrate in flats!" haha... I feel the same even though I think flats are super cute. I prefer heels probably 95 percent of the time!

Love your sweater!

I love that sweater. I have it in grey/pink. I always wear heels for work, but often choose flats outside of work. I'm really trying to switch it up a bit more! :) I have a lot of wedges/sandals, so there should be more variety when it warms up!

It's is pretty much 100% for me as well because I have a high arch so flats are murder on my feet. Plus I need the extra height,

I have that sweater and I haven't style it with a skirt, I need to do that! Happy Tuesday!

Heels vs. flats is hard. I totally prefer heels on myself, but sometimes I wish I'd worn flats at the end of the day. Regardless, this looks cute with flats :)

I have the same problem! Heels look so much more grown up and lady like but my feet cant always handle them! I have the flattest feet though. You look great! Love this outfit!
(If I wear heels I always have flats in my bag or under a desk to change if my feet are dying!)

I know that feeling... I LOVE heels, but I almost never feel the willingness to put them on when I have to walk a couple of miles every day, and when I do...my feet are generally not okay for them again for a while. Still, at least flats can be pretty cute.

I debate that EVERY day. I always want heels but then I end up wearing flats. I find that platforms are the best in-between because you get a high heel that feels like a flat!
