Now on to the product...do you remember when Hard Candy first hit the marketplace, it was $17 for the nail polish and they're hot seller was blue polish?
This doesnt tend to happen to me often, but when it does I'm always at a loss as to what to do...such a handy idea.
I always have a few of these in my little makeup bag and they are a savior in this summer L.A. heat!
