Red Hot

Sweater (Nine West find at Marshalls); Pants (Limited); Shoes (Nine West)
Sunglasses (Charming Charlie); Watch (Fossil)

I know I'm not the only one who struggles with dressing for the weather vs. the office temperature.  If I dressed for the office where it's winter all year round, I'd be bundled up every day.  Most days at work you can catch me with a blanket on my lap or wearing an oversized fleece that I keep at my desk.  But this outfit does the seemingly impossible, and is appropriate for the weather while also preventing the dreaded fleece from making an appearance ;)

I know what you mean! Even in a heatwave in summer I have to make sure I keep a warm sweater at work if I'm gonna survive :P

It seems you've struck the perfect balance between warm & cool.

Love those red pants and the nude heels make your legs look like they go on forever.

You always make me feel jealous that I cannot wear heels to work! Cute capris!

Those red capris are really adorable on you, Heather! My office is more often too hot than too cold when it's warm out, ugh.

Good for you. My sweaters are all packed away in my winter box. I am using a madras blazer to keep warm at my desk.

Love your shoes doll! The red pants look great on you too! And I am exactly the same way, I have a couple short sleeve sweaters like this that help me when the AC makes it freezing at work. But my fleece makes an appearance almost everyday :( I usually just use it as a blanket!

I had to do a double take when I saw those pants. They're lovely! I have almost the exact same pair from Loft. Love that you paired them with a neutral to really let the color pop. So glad I stumbled across your blog!
